The Carolina Country Music Association’s 2020 Carolina Country Music Awards (CCMAs) presented awards in twenty-one categories Saturday night, January 25. A standing room only crowd estimated at 2,500 filled the House of Blues in North Myrtle Beach to watch the annual show, which is hosted by Jimmy G and Sweet Tea, on-air personalities at Carolina Country (100.1 WFAY in Fayetteville, 93.9 WMIR in Myrtle Beach, 106.3 WUDE in Wilmington, and 93.7 WYAY in Georgetown/Charleston).

The show’s Executive Producer is Sweet Tea, who is also the afternoon DJ on Carolina Country. According to Sweet Tea, “We appreciate these artists telling their stories through music. We’re proud to be able to provide a platform for these artists who want to be on the Radio. And besides that, it’s a big party for both the artists and the fans.
