Each week, South Strand News features pets up for adoption from All4Paws Animal Rescue in Pawleys Island. Here are the featured pets for this week:

Axel

Axel, the forever cool bro, is large and in charge! You can always find this three month old Heeler mix playing with his ball or bone Axel is the bro you need for summertime tailgates and afternoons on the beach!

Carla

Carla is a two and a half month old Hound mix who is working on her philosophy degree from the comfort of a foster home. How are you spending your time this week? Need a friend to keep you company? Carla would gladly discuss the state of the world with you.

Callie

Have you ever seen a down-dog like that? You know why, because cats do it better! This silly,sassy cat is Callie and she loves to be loved. Love can mean different things to people. Affection or confection Callie will gladly accept both! This girl is a big butterball of senior cuddle and snuggles.

Boop

Boop is here with scoop from the hightower! Word is on the street that she is still looking for a family to call her own. After numerous side eyes and numerous questionable glares, this nine month old will allow you within her presence following a treat or two. Her favorite days consist of playing tag with the laser pointer then climbing to the highest point on our cat wall.

If you have time and space to foster an animal during this time, we will also be making appointments for folks who would like a quarantine buddy. This will help free space for another animal to be rescued. If you want to foster an animal, send an email to adopt@a4psc.org.
