South Island Plantation, Georgetown, was the setting for the wedding ceremony of Shelby Nichole Lambert of Georgetown and Nicholas Beal Perry of Turbeville, uniting the couple in holy matrimony.
The 4 p.m. ceremony was Saturday, Dec. 9, 2017. Officiating was Pastor Jay Smith.
A selection of wedding music was provided by violinist Jennifer Schmale and guitarist Dylan Lambert.
Given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore an effortlessly beautiful strapless A-line wedding gown that shimmered with sequined soutache lace appliques and a hint of warm color from a champagne underlay with a corset back.
The bride carried a classic, lush design of white and cabernet peonies with textural elements of white ranunculus, burgundy dahliias and grey brunia berry. Minor accents of miniature succulents and cabernet hypericum berries mingled in amongst the larger blooms. The bouquet was finished off with textural draping seeded eucalyptus and silver dollar eucalyptus. The bouquet stems were wrapped in a piece of her mother's wedding dress with the groom's baby handkerchief attached.
Matron of Honor was Savannah Lambert, sister of the bride.
Matron of honor was Ashley Miller.
Attendants were Michaela Etheredge, Kaylee McCann, Caitlyn Goodwin, Brooke Morris, Kristen Hewitt, sister of the groom; and Rachel Tyler, sister of the groom.
Flower girls were Stella Davis, cousin of the bride, and Ryleigh Taylor, neice of the groom.
Best men were Kishan Patel, Dylan Duncan and Zachary Howard. Groomsmen were Brandon Lambert, brother of the bride; Derek Irvin, Raymond Flowers, Will Marlowe and Nicholas Hewitt.
Ring bearer was Jake Davis, cousin of the bride.
Following the ceremony, a reception, catered by Carolina Catering of Georgetown, was held in the South Island Plantation Clubhouse. On the evening preceding the ceremony, a rehearsal dinner was given by the groom's parents at Harborside Restaurant in Georgetown.
The bride is the daughter of Jody and Lynn Lambert of Georgetown. She is a graduate of Georgetown High School and Horry Georgetown Technical College with an associate's degree in Health Science. She is a licensed massage therapist and is currently enrolled in the PTA program.
The groom is the son of Bill and Susie Goldsmith of Turbeville and Bobby Perry Jr. of Hemingway. He is a graduate of East Clarendon High School and Florence Darlington Technical Collegewith a certification in auto repair. He is a salesman with Budweiser Crown Beverages Inc.
After a wedding trip to Sevierville, Tenn., the couple is residing in Turbeville.

A Honeymoon Shower was given by Michaela Etheredge at the home of Lora Etheridge on Sept. 9.
A miscellaneous drop in shower was given by Paula Sebnick, aunt of the groom, and Susan Letnickner on Oct.. 7 at the Sebnick residence.
A Star Wars themed couple shower was given by the bride's parents on October 28 at their home.
A Christmas shower was given on Nov. 4 by Ginger Gray, Edie Cooper and Kimberly Wall at the Gray residence.
A bachelorette weekend was hosted by savannah Lambert, maid of honor, in Charleston on the weekend of Nov. 10 to 12.
