John Brock: Shirley Temple proved child stars don’t have to be Lindsay Lohans UPDATED

Wednesday, February 19, 2014 9:27 p.m.

John Brock: “Income equality” only exists under Communism or totalitarianism

Wednesday, February 19, 2014 9:23 p.m.

I have heard just about enough of this “income equality” nonsense. It’s Marxism in the first degree – (From each according to his ability; to each according to his need) – regardless of effort. In other words, energetic hard workers must share the fruits of their labor with those who sit idly by.

“Fiasco” doesn't begin to describe the roll-out of Obamacare. As the “experts” attempt to unravel the difficulties with the multi-flawed website, I am reminded of my mother who baked a cake only to find that it was too salty. There was no way of going back and taking out the excess salt. She had to start over. Such is the …

John Brock: Super Glue applied in various places can solve/create problems UPDATED

Tuesday, November 5, 2013 9:46 p.m.

I have always heard of so-called “Super Glue” but had no first-hand experience with it until recently. I now have a profound respect for the product's effectiveness. Since I love and adore Eric so much, I have decided to figure out a man-mystery. A mans-tery, if you will.Have you ever noticed how men cannot seem to do a household chore without grumbling under their breath? I noticed this the other day when Eric was installing our new dishwasher. Every step of the way there was a serious amount of grumbling and …
