MURRELLS INLET SC — A grand opening and ribbon cutting will be held this week for the theater, restaurant, bowling alley and arcade room inside Inlet Square mall in Murrells Inlet.
Representatives for Frank Theatre, Revolutions Entertainment and the Extreme Fun arcade said they will be ready for Thursday’s opening night celebration, which will include the opening at 5:30 p.m.
On its debut night, the theater will have a midnight showing of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows — Part II,” said Kali Karellas, promotions and sales manager for Frank Theatres.
Online tickets sales for the movies are starting this week, she said.
The arcade, cafe and bowling lanes will also be open just after Thursday’s ribbon cutting, Karellas said.
Besides “Harry Potter,” other movies will be shown Thursday night, Karellas said. They include “Winnie the Pooh” and “Transformers.”
Customers will soon be able to book birthday parties and have bowling lanes reserved, Karellas said. That portion of the business should be available by mid-August.
Anyone wanting to buy tickets, online, for upcoming movies, can go to www.franktheatres.com.
