Armed men on the run after home invasions in Murrells Inlet, Garden City

 This is an actual picture of the suspects' vehicle taken by a home surveillance video in the Horry County Community where the incident in their county took place. The vehicle's Georgia license plate is PHR-2671.

The Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two (suspects who are wanted in connection with an armed robbery on Huntington Marsh Road in the Murrells Inlet Community of Georgetown County.
At approximately 3 p.m. Friday two black male suspects entered the victim’s residence through an unlocked door. The victim heard footsteps and entered the location in the home. The suspects displayed what appeared to be a hand gun and demanded money and jewelry from the victim.
While canvassing Huntington Marsh Road for information regarding the men, deputies were notified by residents that the suspects approached a second residence on the same road. The suspects at the second residence went to the front door and left when they realized the owners were home.
There was also a home invasion off of Highway 17 Bypass in Garden City. This incident involved the same description of the vehicle and suspects involved in the Georgetown County incident. Information from Horry County’s officials described the vehicle as a 2013 White Chevy Tahoe with a Georgia License Plate PHR-2671 leaving the scene.
The first suspect is described as a black male, 5’10” in height, and wearing a dark baseball cap. The second suspect is described as a black male, approximately 6’02” in height, and wearing a yellow and green traffic vest. Both suspects are described as thin in weight.
The Sheriff’s Office advises the public not to approach the vehicle or the suspects for any reason. The suspects are considered armed and dangerous. If the vehicle or suspects are sighted, please call 911.
