On Friday Aug. 22, this one-and-only show business icon will be performing all her legendary songs in concert at Boone Hall Plantation.

Boone Hall is a southern icon, known for its history, beauty, and distinguished southern style, and those attributes could also be used to define in part Loretta Lynn’s life and legendary career. And she is still going strong, keeping some of the most original sounds of country music alive each time she takes the stage.

Here’s a special bonus for the concert goers on the day of the Loretta Lynn show. Complimentary admission to tour Boone Hall Plantation is included with the purchase of a concert ticket. Concert attendees are invited to come out any time on the day of the show, show your concert ticket at the admission gate and receive admission to the plantation for the day. Please note that there are certain times of the day when specific tours occur, so please check the schedule for the times of certain tours on the website at www.boonehallplantation.com. “Exploring the Gullah Culture” is a one-of-a-kind live presentation that is presented three times daily and is a visitor favorite. Visit the critically acclaimed Black History In America Exhibit on display in nine original slave cabins. Tour the the first floor of the plantation home. Take the plantation coach tour across the entire 738 acres of the property. Gates to the back lawn area where the concert is staged will open at 4 p.m.

Mt. Pleasant’s own Ronnie Johnson will kickoff the show with his band at 6 p.m as event goers will have the opportunity to socialize and get ready for an evening of great entertainment. Rising star Shelly Waters will perform at 7:15 p.m. And the one and only Loretta Lynn takes the stage at 8:30 p.m. Beer, wine, and delicious food options will be available for purchase. No coolers or pets allowed.

Advance Reserved Seating tickets are available for $58.50 and $48.50 each.

Reserved tables for eight are available for $350 each.

Advance General Admission tickets also are available for $35 each. Those purchasing GA tickets are encouraged to bring their own lawn chair or beach blanket and find your place on Boone Hall’s beautiful back lawn.
