Pets of the week

  • Wednesday, August 13, 2014

St. Frances Animal Center of Georgetown has many animals seeking new homes. The Georgetown Times features Pets of the Week each Wednesday.

Henery is the sweetest old beagle. We estimate his birthday to be Nov. 23, 2002. He is very friendly and listens well. He doesn’t have any interest in chasing cats or rabbits anymore. He just wants a home to chill out and spend the rest of his life comfortably on a couch. He would be fine with children or other dogs too. Henery does qualify for our seniors for seniors program. Come meet this relaxed older fellow and make room for him on your couch.

Hello my name is Ella. I am a young Catahoula and Weimaraner mix with alot of personality. I love to play and be outside. I am estimated to be a little over a year and a half old, making my birthday Nov. 19, 2012. I get along great with other dogs, toys are my favorite, and I love to get attention. Please don’t let me spend my second birthday without a home. Come adopt me today.

Meet Nicole, Jenni, Jwoww, Snookie, and Ronnie. These mischievous little ones are are just under two months old and would be the purrfect addition to your home. If you are looking to adopt a precious little kitten that will keep you house filled with laughs and love, you have found the bunch that can do so. Come meet these babies today.

St. Frances Animal Center is having a “Name your adoption fee” event through Aug. 31. Minimum $50 donation for puppies and small breed dogs. All adoptions come with spay/neuter, microchip, vaccinations and all monthly preventatives up to date and 30 days free pet insurance.
