Courtney LeDay weds Lawrence Funnye

Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Funnye

Courtney Brooke LeDay and Lawrence Domineak Funnye were married on Sat., June 28, 2014 at The Andrews Church of God in Andrews.

The officiant was pastor Edward Hardee.

The bride is the daughter of Danny LeDay of Lake Charles, LA and Melinda LeDay of Andrews.

She is the granddaughter of Karen and Soloman LeDay of Monroe, LA; as well as, Patricia Wilson and the late Lorace Brantley of Andrews.

The groom is the son of Gertrude Evans of Georgetown.

He is the grandson of Buster Evans and the late Zora Evans of Georgetown.

The bride was escorted by her father and presented in marriage by her parents.

The maid of honors were Ashley LeDay and Kayla Gaskins, both cousins of the bride.

Bridesmaids were Kendra Evans, sister of the groom. Halayna LeDay and Lindsey LeDay, both sisters of the bride.

Groomsmen were Augustus Greene III, family friend of groom. Lamont Straker, friend of groom and Danny LeDay, father of bride.

Makayla Knowlin, niece of the groom, was the flower girl.
