Donations needed to help fire victims

  • Thursday, July 24, 2014

On Friday, April 11, the Daniel and Katina Greene family’s plan to be in their new home by the end of April was destroyed by fire.

The family of eight were packed up and ready to move into their new home when more than half of the home was burned by fire.

The World of Beauty Social Club is committed to leading the effort to help the family get into their home.

The six Greene children range in age five to 17. The Greens had been renovating the home since they bought it in 2012.

As they had been paying rent and paying the mortgage during the renovations they are now unable to afford repairs to the fire-damaged part.

The Greene family could use help with paint, building materials, labor such as plumbing or electricians, or donations to assist them getting in their new home.

For more information or to help call 843-240-7940 or 843-833-3789 or mail World Of Beauty Social Club at Post Office Box 1102, Pawleys Island, SC 29585.
