Dr. Ronnie L. McKnight, Ed.D, was installed as the new President and Chief Operating Offer of The Jonathan Fields Save a Life Heal a Heart Foundation. Dr. McKnight was installed on February 29th 2014 in Naples, Fla. The 501c3 non-profit assist victims who suffer from congestive heart failure and those in need of Adult Stem Cells procedures. The Board of Directors sought out Dr. McKnight two years ago, however, he decline the offer as he was busy establishing The Center for Retention of African American Students. The Board of Directors kept the post open at the behest of the founder and CEO, until Dr. McKnight finally agreed to take the helm. The foundation is headquartered in New York, with locations in Florida, South Carolina, Thailand and The Dominican Republic.
Dr. McKnight, has serve as the Executive Director for FADVACAC (Fighting Against Domestic Violence and Crimes Against Children) for the past ten years, he has been a college Professor for ten years, he has served as a voting member of the Recording Academy of America, (The Grammy Awards), and he is a philanthropist and human rights activist. Raphael Shlomo, Chairman of the Board of Directors for the foundation, said that Dr. McKnight, was the best person for this position. Our founder and CEO Jonathan Fields made it clear that he wanted Dr. McKnight to lead the foundation at whatever cost. Dr. McKnight has a world of experience in executive leadership and management. Dr. McKnight is a native of Kingstree, SC and he has one son.
