From the National Weather Service Office in Wilmington:
Low pressure off the Florida east coast is becoming better defined, and the National Hurricane Center states that a tropical depression is expected to form during the next day or two. Coastal residents from Florida through the Carolinas should keep an eye on this weather system through the week.
