The Georgetown County Digital Library This is the area known as Five Points in Georgetown, or the intersection of Highway 17 and 701, circa 1946 to 1950. Buildings identified in the photo are Gaskins Motors, Winyah Furniture, Lawrimore and Seitter, Buynam School, Wallís Gulf, Jerniganís Shelland the South Carolina Department Maintenance shed.
