Building and construction class at Carvers Bay High School.

Terry Cox and the building construction class at Carvers Bay High School have completed their final project for the 2013-2014 school year.

For more than nine years Cox and his students have constructed storage buildings, picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, swings, gazebos, bookshelves, flower boxes and other wooden items for members of their school and local community. Now they are offering their talents to the general public. Let Cox and his students help you, with your next project.

New at Carvers Bay for 2014-2015 is a basic technical drawing class that Cox will be adding to the building skills curriculum. This course will cover the basics of drafting and will emphasize basic drafting conventions, progressing from simple two dimensional sketches to multidimensional drawings, isometrics, and auxiliary and sectional views.

Call Cox at Carvers Bay High School 843-558-6920 or 843-546-0016 for more information.
