Jessica Glover, left, and Eric Spatz, right, celebrate with Teach My People graduates Miasha Wright, Mikayla Knowlin and Raven Brooks.

Teach My People held a graduation ceremony last week, honoring its three seniors who are headed off to college.

Raven Brooks, Mikayla Knowlin and Miasha Wright are the third, fourth and fifth program graduates to attend college.

The three young ladies all maintained grade point averages of at least 95 during their senior year.

Wright was also named a Teach My People ambassador, and gifted with a laptop computer and the program will pay for her textbooks during her freshman year.

During the ceremony, teachers from each grade level also gave out awards to the other 85 students in grades first through 11th.
