“Two juvenile female victims notified a relative that a white male exposed himself to them while they were playing near the water. After the relative alerted bystanders, a witness followed the white male who fled the scene north bound on Ocean Highway,” Cuthbertson wrote in a press release. He is charged with two counts of indecent exposure.
