“Praise ye the Lord for it is good to sing praises unto our God; for it is pleasant and praise is comely.”
I hope that you have had a wonderful week of blessings, and that the joy of the Lord has been your strength; even if you haven’t felt so blessed, then realize that the joy of the Lord is still your strength, and know that He is able to turn your mourning into joy.
Unfortunately, the words that I write to you today will also include goodbyes to you after 16 years of writing this column for the Georgetown Times.
May I say they have added to the best 16 years of my life, and I must thank former editor, Jesse Tullos for allowing me such an opportunity of blessings.
I am thankful for all I have worked with and for these past years, and for those future workers, I wish the very best of success, and for all of you reading these words I say be thankful for each new day, take nothing for granted, pray for one another for good things to happen, and know that the sky is the limit with God on your side.
Continue to be lifted up in the Lord, and may God bless us everyone until we meet again.
