Hospice to hold volunteer training

Tidelands Community Hospice will be holding a training class for volunteers.

The sessions are designed to inform members of the community about Hospice in general, as well as, the services and programs provided by Tidelands Community Hospice. This series will also serve as volunteer training for prospective volunteers. Call Annie Fontaine at 843-520-7718 for more information.

Session 1: Monday, June 2, 9 a.m. to noon or Tuesday, June 3, 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Session 2: Wednesday, June 4, 9 a.m. to noon or Thursday, June 5, 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Session 3: Friday, June 6, 9 a.m. to noon

You must attend a session 1, 2, and 3 class for volunteer training.

Volunteer areas available: patient care, resale shop, Hospice House, culinary committee, bereavement, church watchmen, administration, fundraising, and more.
