  • Wednesday, May 21, 2014

The Pi Delta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. is coordinating their 17th annual Golf Tournament on May 24 at Wedgefield Plantation Golf Course in Georgetown.

Through fundraising efforts in past years, Pi Delta Lambda has provided academic scholarships and sponsor mentoring workshops for youth in the community.

The proceeds from the tournament will support Pi Delta Lambda educational assistance programs.

Pi Delta Lambda invites organizations, businesses, clubs or churches to join in the efforts by sponsoring a team that will participate in the tournament and/or sponsor one or more holes on the golf course.

Entry fee per golfer is $75.

The cost for each hole sponsorship is $100.

Gifts in kind or any contribution will be greatly appreciated, including an item to be used as a golfer gift.

All sponsors will be acknowledged at the event.

Harbor City Golf Tournament sponsorship opportunities are available.

Contact Shanna M. Scott, golf tournament coordinator, at 843-455-0604 or e-mail georgetowneventssc@gmail.com.
