Georgetown Police were called to Georgetown High School May 14 at 1:30 p.m. for concerns about papers seen in a student’s possession that included instructions for making a bomb.
One of the school’s math teachers told police the student had a stack of papers that contained a list of bomb types, ingredients needed, chemical make-up proportions and elements necessary to make a bomb.
The student in question had already left for the day. Police and school administrators searched the students locker as well as his second and third block class for the documents without success.
The case is under investigation by CID.
