This is the time of year when people feel the urge to get baskets of cleaners, rubber gloves and rags and go to town deep-cleaning their homes.
Saturday, May 24, from 1 to 3 p.m., Hobcaw Barony is offering a Natural Cleaning Solutions class to show how people can change household cleaning habits for the better.
“Participants will learn how to freshen their homes, purify the air in their homes, and deep clean surfaces and clothing using all natural ingredients,” says Trista Hindman, program instructor and interpreter with The Belle W. Baruch Foundation.
Cost is $25 per person, participants will create some of their own natural solutions to take home along with a full list of other options they can do at home.
Registration is required, so call the Hobcaw Barony Discovery Center at 843-546-4623 to reserve space.
