Man wanted for drug and numerous other offenses

John Henry Smith, also known as Javon Jones.

The Georgetown Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating the fugitive John Henry Smith, also known as Javon Jones.

Smith is wanted by the State of New York for Criminal Possession of Controlled Substances and Criminal Sale of Controlled Substances.

Smith has been living in Georgetown and has family here as well, according to police.

Smith is wanted by the Georgetown Police Department for Hindering a Criminal Investigation, Providing False Information to Law Enforcement, Driving without a Driver's License, No South Carolina Drivers License, Operating a vehicle without Insurance and no Registration, Reckless Driving and Failure to Stop for a Blue Light and Siren.

If anyone has information on the location of Smith they are asked to call the Georgetown Police Department at 843-545-4300, The Tip Line at 843-545-4400 or call 911.
