Keep Georgetown Beautiful tree dedication

Paige Sawyer/for South Strand News A dedicated volunteer for Keep Georgetown Beautiful and the Morgan Park Task Force was honored Tuesday with a tree dedication at East Bay Park. A black granite plaque in memory of Larry Fox was placed in front of a Burtia capitat or Jelly Pindo Palm tree by the City of Georgetown and Keep Georgetown Beautiful. Inset: The reflections of Fox’s family are seen on the plaque dedicated to his memory. His faithful companion, Ellie, recognizes the special occasion also.
