On Sunday, April 6, Wayne United Methodist Church in the Maryville Community of Georgetown will celebrate their 60th Anniversary.
The Service of Celebration will begin at 11 a.m. in the sanctuary.
Reverend Jody Flowers will be the guest preacher for the anniversary service.
Reverend Flowers is the senior pastor at Chapin United Methodist Church in Chapin and is a former pastor of Wayne United Methodist Church in Georgetown.
After the worship service, the congregation will meet in the fellowship hall for a time of food and fellowship.
