Waccamaw Middle raises funds for Honor Flight

Students, parents and staff at Waccamaw Middle School raised $2,500 in three weeks to donate to Honor Flight. The money will pay for six veterans to go on the area's last Honor Flight on April 16. Honor Flight transports World War II veterans to Washington, D.C., to visit several war memorials, including the World War II Memorial. Chris Sokoloski/Times
