Georgetown police are searching for two men they say robbed a metal recycling center at gunpoint.
Police Capt. Nelson Brown said it happened at about 9:55 a.m. today at Coastal Recycling Center on Ridge Street.
He said two black males were armed with shotguns when they walked into the business. He said they demanded money and were given an undisclosed amount of cash.
He said the men also grabbed an undermined amount of copper before they fled the scene in a white Ford Mustang.
The search for the suspects is continuing.
If anyone has any information about the robbery, they are urged to call police at 546-4300.
