Second floor of Litchfield beach house collapses with firefighters inside

A beach house along the 180 block of Norris Drive in Litchfield was heavily damaged by smoke and fire Friday morning.  A neighbor made the call around 4:07 a.m. that a house was burning just past the Litchfield Inn.  One firefighter did fall through a hole but Chief Eggiman said he's alright and they were very fortunate.
