Greater Bible Way church: The Greater Bible Way Church of Georgetown, 1518 Hawkins St., will be having a family Bible class at 7 p.m.

St. John AME church: St. John AME Church will present the concluding service of the Seven Last Words from the Cross from 7 to 8 p.m. Tonight’s service will be the fifth word - speaker Lillian Reid, the sixth word - speaker Rodney and the seventh word - Alice Young. Tea and Ethics series: “What is Wrong with Politics Today?” will be the focus of Coastal Carolina University’s next Tea and Ethics series at 4:30 p.m. in the James J. Johnson Auditorium. The discussion is free and open to the public; no ticket is required. The Johnson Auditorium is located in the E. Craig Wall Sr. College of Business Administration building at 119 Chanticleer Drive E. on the CCU campus in Conway. duo comedy act: “Preferred Parking” comedy tour starring Drew Lynch and Samuel J. Comroe will perform at Coastal Carolina University on Wednesday, March 26, at 7 p.m. in Wheelwright Auditorium. The Coastal Activities Board event is free and open to the public, but a ticket is required. single moms: The Georgetown Outreach Ministries, Inc. offers weekly empowering sessions helping young single moms prepare for the workforce, develop positive attitudes, enhance decision making skills, become economically viable and develop stable, healthy families. CHIEFS: The Georgetown County Chiefs will meet from 3 to 4 p.m. at the Hardee’s in Georgetown. New and old veterans are welcome.

BETHESDA SERVICE: Bethesda Missionary Baptist Church will have prayer meeting and Bible study at 6 p.m.

PRAYER AND BIBLE STUDY: First Church of God, 422 King St., Georgetown, will have a prayer, praise and worship service from noon to 1 p.m.

air quality coalition: The Waccamaw Region Air Quality Coalition will meet at 10 a.m. at the Waccamaw Regional COG office, 1230 Highmarket St., Georgetown.

Georgetown county young professionals: The Georgetown County Young Professionals will hold their first GCYP Connect! from 6 to 8 p.m. The Frances P. Bunnelle Foundation will be sponsoring and hosting this event in an effort to assist GCYP in becoming more connected with the county and its future. Many different nonprofit groups from throughout the county will have representatives in attendance with information on their organization.
