News from The Georgetown School

The Georgetown School of Arts and Sciences had its first student accepted to a four-year college. Senior Chris Elliott has been accepted to both The University of South Carolina and the Honors College of the College of Charleston. Acceptance to a four-year institution is a graduation requirement at The Georgetown School. Elliott is one of two seniors at the school. He also applied to The University of South Carolina Honors College but will not know the result of his application until March 10th. He plans to study journalism. Photo provided
