Man sentenced for stealing $66,000 from ATM

  Jon Edgar McCutchen, 41 of Martin Luther King Drive in Andrews pled guilty to "Entering a Bank With Intent to Steal" and was sentenced to five year by Circuit Court Judge Michael Nettles.
Assistant Solicitor Ricky Martin said the incident took place on June 7, 2013 when McCutchen drove through a TD Bank ATM machine and saw that the door to the ATM was not completely shut. He took approximately $66,000.00 dollars in cash from the machine. McCutchen was identified from the surveillance video from the incident and the money was later recovered.
