While most of the Wahoo swimmers have been vigorously training in the water, Catherine Condon and Chrissie Wall have spent their time recovering from ligament reconstruction.
Before having identical surgeries, the two swimmers both earned consideration state cuts for the high school state meet back in October. Their year-round swimming had to come to a halt in November so they could quickly begin therapy after surgery in order to work their way back into the pool.
The girls were welcomed by their teammates this week as they returned to the daily workout routine and should be good and strong for the long course season.
The Wahoo swimmers and families continue their dedication to the sport as 35 to 40 kids are at practice on a daily basis.
