Albert Lamanna, 63, a practicing chiropractor in Surfside Beach, was arrested and charged with assault and battery, January 16. He was released on $30,000 bond.

The alleged incident happened November of 2013 but in the Surfside Beach police report, the victim claims something similar happened in 2010.

She indicated the event happened when she was face down on a table in the ultrasound room. The police report said the treatment for November included an ultrasound of the victim's buttocks due to chronic issues. The victim said she had the same procedure previously.

The victim was wearing a gown and bra and claims Lamanna massaged her buttocks with more of a caress, like her husband would do. She went on to say he massaged her inner thigh and then moved over to the victim's vagina. According to the victim, the suspect messaged her vagina as if to arouse her. The victim said the suspect inserted his finger into her vagina and commented he wished he could spend more time with her.

The victim also told police he did not include notes in the chart which was unusual behavior for the suspect.
