The Georgetown County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's
assistance in identifying three suspects wanted in connection with a burglary at 4257 South
Fraser Street in the Maryville area. As reported earlier, the incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. when deputies received a call about a burglary in progress. The witness arrived at the residence and observed an unknown vehicle in the driveway. The witness confronted the two suspects who fled northbound on South Fraser Street. A third suspect walked from behind the house, said Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Carrie Cuthbertson. Once he realized the vehicle left, the suspect fled westbound across South Fraser
Street into a wooded area.
The Georgetown County Sheriff's Bloodhound Tracking Team responded to the scene and
tracked to an area where the trail was lost.
The suspects' vehicle is described as an early 2000 model Dodge Ram truck, light grey in color.
The first suspect, the driver, is described as having blondish, brown hair approximately
shoulder length and wearing a grey sweatshirt. The second suspect, the passenger, was
unable to be identified. The third suspect is described as having black hair and a black beard
and wearing a black sweatshirt with a black and green plaid coat.
Anyone that can identify the suspects or has any information regarding the burglary is urged to
call the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office at (843) 546-5101.
