Georgetown High wrestlers place in top 10 at Palmetto State Classic

Four Georgetown High wrestlers placed in the top 10 in their weight classes at the Palmetto State Classic Wrestling Tournament in Irmo last weekend. Ammel Dooley placed sixth at 106 pounds, Eric Techer placed eighth at 145, Gerald German placed eighth at 182, and Jonathon Funnie placed eighth at 132.

Wando won the team title with 276 points, followed by Chapin (251) and Socastee (228).
