The Georgetown County Sheriff's Office is asking for help from the public in locating five convicted sex offenders.
Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Carrie Cuthbertson said the five suspects have failed to reregister as Sex Offenders as required by law.
Deputies visited the last known addresses of the five individuals but they were no longer living at those locations. As part of their probation, they were not only supposed to sign the Sex Offender Registry every quarter-year but were also supposed to notify the Sheriff's Office if they moved to a new location.

He has a scar under his left eye, a tattoo on his right forearm with the name Jean Marie and a heart with a knife through it tattoo on his left forearm.

Maceo Syndab, 40. His last known address is 1768 Petigru Road in Pawleys Island. His last verification was in March.
In 2006 he was convicted of criminal sexual conduct in the 3rd degree. He has a tattoo with the words love and pain on his left arm and the words woman and devil on his right arm.

Lafonda Johnson, 42. His last known address is 2311 Winyah Street in Georgetown. He was convicted of criminal sexual conduct with minors in 1996.
