  • Wednesday, November 13, 2013

The answer is: We will find out tonight. The question: Will Georgetown resident Karen Cafaro win on Jeopardy? As reported by the Georgetown Times recently, Cafaro - an English literature and composition teacher at Scotland High School in Laurinburg – flew to California last month to participate in the game show’s Teacher’s Tournament which has been airing this week. Cafaro’s episode will be seen tonight at 7:30 p.m. on WCBD-TV 2 and WBTW-TV 13. Cafaro is the wife of former Georgetown High School Principal Dr. Mike Cafaro, who is now the district's Director of Student Support Services and Special Programs. Cafaro is pictured with Jeopardy host Alex Trebek.
