Andrews fatal accident victim identified

The Williamsburg County Coroner’s Office has identified the man who died in a two-vehicle accident near Andrews this afternoon.
Deputy Coroner William Horton III said 76-year-old Herman F. Ray of Andrews died in the accident that happened at about 1:09 p.m..
The South Carolina Highway Patrol said the accident happened in the vicinity of the intersection of County Line Road and North Morgan Ave.
Initial reports indicated one of the vehicles overturned in the accident.
Georgetown County Coroner Kenny Johnson was originally called to the scene but it was determined the accident occurred just over the line in Williamsburg County.
We do know at least one other person was transported to the hospital.

More details are expected to be released soon by the Highway Patrol.
