Georgetown City firefighters were sent to Advanced Chiropractic in the 700 block of North Fraser Street late this morning because of a small fire.
When firefighters first arrived, they did not see any flames but there was a strong smell of smoke.
Upon investigation they found a small fire underneath the floor, said Fire Chief Joey Tanner.
He said a hole — about two-square-foot in size — had to be cut in the floor to extinguish the blaze.
