Tara Hall Home for Boys will host the 4th Annual Tara Hall Paddle Fest fundraiser on June 20. Paddle Fest is a family-oriented event that takes place all day on Black Mingo Creek and along its banks at Tara Hall’s campus. Tara Hall is in the Rose Hill section of Georgetown County.
