  • Wednesday, September 11, 2013

In remembrance those who lost their loved ones with the attack on the World Trade Center, Pentagon and in Pennsylvania on Sept. 11, 2001, people gathered at the foot of the Waccamaw bridges this morning.
Local residents were joined by Georgetown City and County firefighters, the VFW, American Legion and the Lions Club.
The groups presented the colors at the time that each plane crashed and the many lives were lost.
These are pictures from the event.
