Bertha McCray, age 58, of Bradenton FL.
Mrs. Ann McDaniel Barnhill, 66, wife of Roy Barnhill of Hemingway, S.C. passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2013 in Tidelands Community Hospice House.
Mrs. Barnhill was born on April 11, 1947, a daughter of Bertha Tindall McDaniel Medlin and the late Alfred L. McDaniel.
She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Mrs. Barnhill enjoyed her flowers and loved to paint, but most of all she enjoyed the time spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
She was a member of Outland Church of God.
Mrs. Barnhill attended Hemingway schools and married Roy Barnhill on July 7, 1962 and they had three children.
Surviving to cherish her memories are her husband, Roy Barnhill of Hemingway; her mother, Bertha Tindall M. Medlin; three children, Roy Aaron Barnhill of Hemingway, Duane Edward Barnhill of Hemingway and Kimberly Ann Barnhill of the home; one sister, Earlene M. McDaniel of Johnsonville; two brothers, Alan L. McDaniel and Melvin McDaniel, both of Hemingway; 11 grandchildren, Jason Kyle Barnhill, Brach Edward Barnhill, Keri Morgan Collins, David Chase Poston, Tyler Elizabeth Poston, Cody Barnhill, Breanna Barnhill, Holden Barnhill, Kasi Barnhill, Clay Barnhill, and Haley Barnhill; seven great-grandchildren, Aftene Barnhill, Remington, Chanler, Clysen, Layla Barnhill, Liam and Avery Collins; and a number of nieces and nephews that she cherished with all her heart.
Mrs. Barnhill was predeceased by her father, Alfred L. McDaniel; sister, Evon M. Joye; nephew, Jamie Joye; great-nephew, Hunter Joye; and brother-in-law, Arlis McDaniel.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 23, 2013, at Outland Church of God.
Burial, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, will be in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at Outland Church of God, 220075 Choppee Road, Hemingway, S.C.

John Michael Drayton, age 26, of Atlanta Ga., formally of the Plantersville Community of Georgetown died on Saturday June 15, 2013 at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Ga.
He was the son of Frankie L. Drayton of Houston, Texas and Angela Guillory of Shreveport, La.
Mr. Drayton is the grandson of the late Mr. Robert Drayton Sr. and the late Mrs. Ethel Drayton of the Planterville community of Georgetown.
Funeral services for Mr. Drayton will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at St Paul A.M.E. Church in the Plantersville community, with the Rev. Rubin Smalls, pastor, officiating.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The remains will lie in state in the sanctuary of the church from 9 a.m. until the hour of service.
Viewing will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. on Friday, June 21, 2013 at Linen Knox Funeral Home on 1632 Emanuel Street.
Survivors include both of his parents, Frankie L. Drayton of Houston, Texas and Angela Guillory of Shreveport, La.; one son, Mr. Jaysen Drayton of Orangeburg, S.C.; two sisters, Deshantell M. Lance and Cherise M. Gamble, both of Columbia, S.C.; three brothers, Justin Gullory, Alexander Guillory, and Cordarro Guillory, all of Vermont, Texas.
A host of loving uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and many other relatives and friends.
Dorothy Mason Jordan, age 91, of Murrells Inlet, loving mother and grandmother, died Thursday, June 20, 2013 at Agape of Conway.
Born in Lugoff, S.C., she was a daughter of the late Everette Wilson and Mary Smith Mason.
Mrs. Jordan was a member of Garden City Baptist Church and a former member of Murrells Inlet Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim T. Jordan; a granddaughter, Melonie Elizabeth; brothers, LeRoy and Clyde Mason and a sister, Frances Brigham.
Survivors include a son, Steven Jordan (Nancy) of Conway; daughters, Marian Thomson (John) of Andrews, and Connie Koloditch (Steve) of Charlotte, N.C.; eight grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 24, 2013 at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Beach Chapel, with Reverend Malcolm Jordan officiating.
Entombment will follow at Hillcrest Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, June 23, 2013 at the funeral home.
