Leonard Diego Keith, age 46, died on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at his residence.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at First Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. Dr. Lorenzo Smalls.
Burial will follow in First Calvary Memorial Gardens.
The remains will lie in state in the sanctuary of the church from 11 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday, July 27, 2013.
Mr. Keith was born on April 23, 1967, a son of Ms. Thelma Grate.
Until his demise he was employed with Zenzi Bar and Grill.
Survivors include his wife, Consuela Blake Keith of Myrtle Beach; his mother, Thelma Wilkerson of Bronx, N.Y.; four children, Shakyhi Keith, Kahalil Kieth and Kristen Blake, all of Myrtle Beach, and Lenor Keith of Albany, N.Y.; his siblings, Bernard Wilkerson and Sherry Wilkerson, both of New York, N.Y.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Wilds Funeral Home.
Carla Powell Miller, age 53, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, July 25, 2013, surrounded by her loving family.
Born on December 12, 1959, in Lawton, Okla., she was the daughter of Carlton H. Powell and LaRita G. (John Lewis) Gaster.
She was a cosmetologist and owned her own salon.
Mrs. Miller was a devoted mom and a devoted Christian who loved her Lord.
She was a member of New Hope Church and active in Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, the choir, and many other church activities.
She was an accomplished pianist and also enjoyed working with ceramics.
Survivors include her husband, Bryan J. Miller of the home; son, Jeffrey Blake Miller of Murrells Inlet; brothers, Claude R. (Kim) Williams of New Zion, S.C. and Ricky C. (Sharon) Powell of Johnsonville, S.C.; and a very dear and special niece, Suzanne E. Williams of Sumter, S.C.
Mrs. Miller was predeceased by a brother, Larry Lance Williams of Marion, S.C.
Funeral services, conducted by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 27, 2013, at New Hope Church.
Interment will follow in Midway Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, July 26, 2013, at the funeral home.

Geraldine “Jeri” McKenzie Sports, age 84, of Georgetown died Thursday, July 25, 2013, at her residence.
Mrs. Sports was born in Georgetown on December 12, 1928, a daughter of the late Charlton Durant McKenzie and Ida Singleton McKenzie.
She lived all her life in Georgetown where she attended Winyah High School, Class of 1946.
Mrs. Sports was a member of First Baptist Church and the Ruth Sunday School Class, where she was the class Outreach Leader for many years.
She taught Sunday School for over 30 years and was active in the Women’s Missionary Union of the church.
Mrs. Sports was an avid golfer, instrumental in organizing the Ladies' Golf League at Seagull Golf Club and served as a league officer.
She was a former winner of the Ladies Championship Tournament at Seagull and was a member of the winning team in the Walter Hagen Invitational State Championship 1982.
Mrs. Sports was a loving wife and mother and is survived by her husband of 68 years, L. Dudley “Sporty” Sports Jr. of Georgetown; four daughters, Alicia Jernigan (Jackie) and Angie Paul (Glenn), both of Georgetown, Pam Nelson (John) of McConnells, and Nicki Davis (Richard) of Lexington; a brother, Michael D. McKenzie of James Island; nine grandchildren, Jeff and Justin Jernigan, Brett and Casey Nelson, Randall Cox, Brook and Ashley Paul, Kristen McAlister, and Robert Logan; and five great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Sports was predeceased by a daughter, Deborah Sports; and a sister, Frances Rae Mehrtens.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday morning, July 27, 2013, at First Baptist Church.
Officiating will be the Rev. Dr. Ted Sherrill and the Rev. Dr. Bob Teems.
Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
