A woman and two children who were in a front yard on Jerusalem Drive, off of County Line Road, were struck by a passing vehicle that blew a tire.
S.C. Highway Patrol Senior Trooper Bridget Wyant said it happened at about 5:10 p.m. Wednesday. The driver of the 1995 Buick a 42-year-old man was driving east when the tire blowout occurred. As he was leaving the roadway, the driver overcorrected then ran into a yard hitting a parked car and the three people.
