Three schools getting new assistant principals

Three Georgetown County schools now have new assistant principals.
At its meeting this week, the Georgetown County School Board promoted Tracy McCants from her teaching position at Andrews High to the assistant principalís position at Waccamaw High. She replaces Jamie Curry who is now the principal at Waccamaw Middle. McCants has been a social studies teacher at AHS for the past 23 years.
Also on Tuesday, Pariscena Singleton was reassigned from Carvers Bay Middle to the Georgetown Middle assistant principal position.
Lee Glover has been assigned to her position at Carvers Bay Middle.
